Tubing and coupling made and checked in the plant are in full accordance with API Spec 5CT.

The kinds of the tubing made in the plant are as follows: our company produce J55,K55,N80,C90,L80,T95, P110 different sizes of steel grade tubing, tubing pup joint and tubing coupling, annual output 150000t,inclusive of external upset tubing 40000t.

With a perfect management system for tubing quality, the plant got ISO9001 quality system certificate from Classification Society of China in 1996. Tubing and its coupling is one of main products to be covered with the quality system. In the mean time, the product was also authorized to use API Spec 5 CT monogram in 1999. The product is stable and reliable in quality; characteristic data are in accordance with the requirement of API Spec 5 CT specification for Casing and Tubing and API Std.5B Specification for Machining, Measurement and Inspection of Casing, Tubing and Line Pipe. It is reliable in performance, long in life and can meet the requirements of oil production operation.
