D-level sucker rod are produces by using high-quality low carbon steel, adopting patent heating technology designed independently in forging, controlling quality of forging strictly. Whole adjust quality of sucker rod adopts domestic advanced techniques. Producing rod head and body adopts different techniques, improving the intensity of rod head. Digital control guarantees the precision and intensity of rod head thread in order to guarantee the whole performance of sucker rod.
The D-level sucker we produced has such good performances as good flexibility, good tensile stress-resistance, bearing greater asymmetrical load and light corrosion-resistance. It has been used in oil production extensively.
